Ambassador employees are supervised by their site supervisor and area manager who visit the site regularly. Staff are trained at induction and reviewed frequently. This ensures they perform in a safe and productive manner and at the highest standard of cleaning.

Supervisors will carry out quality inspections and maintain personal contact with you to ensure complete satisfaction. You will also receive a monthly telephone courtesy call from our office to check in on how we’re doing.
Ambassador maintains best practice certifications for quality management systems, Environment Management systems, and OH&S Management systems. Inspection reports, incident reports, and corrective action reports are provided at a frequency to suit you and can also be accessed through an online management portal. Accountability matters.

Training & Certifications

Ambassador staff are supported to complete the nationally accredited Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) Certificate II and III. Supervisors hold the Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations Management) Certificate IV.
